AIP "BLACK BOX" CONTEST


 
AIP is looking for inspiration! Fill the “black box” with “what art means to you” and submit an entry into our contest.

Entries can be either sent digitally to info@rotary1918.com or dropped off at the Rotary Club of Windsor (1918) office at 7911 Forest Glade Drive. The selected finalist’s entries will be displayed in the Willistead Manor at Art in the Park 2012. Our first place winner will receive an Android Tablet presented by this years sponsor – Stuart Sutton of Sylectus. Their Art will be showcased in our marketing for the 2012 Black Box Contest, and featured on the Art in the Park Website and Facebook pages.

Rules and Regulations

The selected finalist's entries will be displayed in the Willistead Manor at Art in the Park 2012. Our first place winner will receive an Android Tablet presented by this year’s sponsor - Stuart Sutton of Sylectus. Their Art will be showcased in our marketing for the 2012 Black Box Contest, and featured on the Art in the Park Website and Facebook pages.

  • Only one entry per person will be accepted, all others will be voided.
  • Digital Copies must be 300dpi for marketing purposes.
  • Any person 19 years of age or older is eligible to enter, persons under the age of 19 must have parental consent.
  • This contest closes Friday May 25th, 2012 at 5pm. A judging panel will take place where winner(s) will be notified by telephone
  • Entry to contest constitutes full permission to broadcast and/or to photograph or publish the participant/winner(s) name, voice, face and likeness without compensation for advertising purposes.
  • Winners will have 30 days to claim prize. Failure to claim prizes will result in forfeiture of prize.
  • Prizes are non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged.
  • Rotary Club of Windsor (1918) has the right to cancel or alter the contest at any time.
  • No purchase necessary.
  • Failure to comply with contest rules may result in disqualification.
